Allow a TEAM/L34TECH Service Engineer to Access Your Computer Remotely Using TeamViewer

To ensure our TEAM/L34TECH service engineers can provide you with the best possible support, we use TeamViewer for secure, remote access to your computer. Please follow these simple steps to allow our engineer to start working on your computer remotely.

Step 1: Select the TeamViewer Agent Button

  • Open the email or support page provided by our customer service team. This contains the specific instructions and the "TeamViewer Agent" button you need to click on.

Step 2: This will Automatically Install TeamViewer

  • Upon clicking the "TeamViewer Agent" button, you will be directed to the TeamViewer download page. If TeamViewer is not already installed on your computer, download the application by clicking on the download link.

  • Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions. Choose the option for 'Personal/Non-commercial use' if prompted, and agree to the terms and conditions to complete the installation.

Step 3: Provide Your ID and Password to the Service Engineer

  • After installing, TeamViewer will display a unique ID and a temporary password on your screen. Keep this window open.

  • Contact our service engineer via the communication method provided (email, phone, or live chat) and provide them with the ID and password. This information allows the engineer secure, one-time access to your computer.

Step 4: Supervise the Remote Session

  • Once our service engineer has connected to your computer through TeamViewer, you will see their actions live on your screen. You have full control and can end the session at any time by closing the TeamViewer application.

  • For security purposes, do not provide your ID and password to anyone other than our verified service engineers.
